mos  Adam’s recipe!

1lb ground beef

½ lb Mostaccioli pasta

½ onion diced

I can spaghetti sauce

1/2 lb shredded mozzarella

Parmesan cheese

Oregano

Basil

Parsley

Minced garlic

 

Brown ground beef with onion, season with salt, pepper, oregano, basil and parsley

Boil pasta

Drain beef and add spaghetti sauce.  Season with additional oregano, basil and parsley to taste.

Add 2 tsp minced garlic and simmer

Drain pasta and add ground beef/sauce mixture

Stir and cover with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with parmesan cheese

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese starts to brown
