Black Bean Salsa and Chicken

chicken  You’ll need:
2-3 Boneless chicken breasts
A jar of black been and corn salsa
1 1/2 cups of rice
1 block of cream cheese

 

Add chicken and jar of salsa to crockpot.  Cook on high 2 1/2 hours or on low around 5 hours.
Shred chicken when it is cooked;
30 minutes before taking taking it out, add the block of cream cheese

Serve over cooked rice

Variations:
*Instead of rice, serve over nachos.
*Add corn to crockpot
*Serve with a small dallop of sour cream.
