2 spoonfulls of butter
1/2 cup diced onion
Spoonful of minced garlic
1/2 cup sherry cooking wine- finding this in the veg. oil section…not in the wine section!
splash of olive oil
4 med. sized potatoes dices
salt and pepper
1 1/4 cup of milk
2 tbl.spoons of flour
8 oz cubed ham
1 spoonful cream cheese
6 ounces frozen corn
Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Put .your pot on low- medium heat, add your butter, diced onion, minced garlic>
Once the butter is melted, add the rest of your ingredients –
For your bacon, add two strips crumbled.
Cook over low-medium heat until potatoes are soft.
Serve with shredded cheese and bacon crumbles.
