Chicken/ Tuna Noodle Casserole

My mom makes the best tuna noodle casserole in the world.   I still crave it.
But hubby is not a tuna fan.   So I replace the tuna with chicken.   You can use either.

You’ll need:
2 cans of tuna -or-
1 medium sized chicken breast-baked
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cups of noodles
1 can of peas (optional)
6 saltine crackers
Shreaded chedder


After boiling noodles and draining, you will layer your ingredients in a casserole dish. (except crackers)
Layer of meat
Layer of soup (not cooked!!!  Straight from the can!)
Peas (optional)

2 layers.
Crush saltines and add to top of casserole.

Bake at 425 until noodles and crackes are golden.  (aproximately 30 min)
