I can’t vouch for the health bens…… but its quick, simple and mindless.
If you’re like me, you wake up at the last possible minute. Here is how this one works:
1-2 small chicken breasts
1 jar of black bean cor salsa
a bag of frozen black beans and corn
1/2 block of cream cheese
1/2 bag of tortilla chips or go with steamed rice
Throw the first ingrediants in the crock with a very minute amount of water.
The last 30 min before serving, add 3/4 bkij of a cream cheese block.
Serve over your favorite brand of tortilla chips…..
